Intel recently announced that it would be dedicating a staggering $300 million to boosting diversity efforts both outside and inside its own company. It’s a hefty donation that many will be closely watching considering Intel’s diversity report is just as troubling as that of many other tech giants. Less than 4 percent of Intel’s employees are Black, according to the company’s 2014 diversity report.
