Invincible (Image)
This is one of many Robert Kirkman comics. The Walking Dead creator and Ryan Ottley created this property with a white protagonist but by issue 9, a Black background character was given the chance to take up the mantle. Invincible is a combination of Superman and Spider-Man. Issue 121 is currently on stands.
Spawn (Image)
Al Simmons is back as Spawn and he is dealing with fighting against both heaven and hell as a hell spawn. Writers Paul Jenkins and Todd McFarland, along with artist Jonboy, have recently published the 254th issue in this long running series.
