The Relaunch
On July 11 at the San Diego Comic Con, the remaining members of the company announced to a packed room that Milestone will be coming back. After a failed Static Shock run in the New 52, the Milestone characters have pretty much gone ghost in the DC Comics universe. In 2012’s Young Justice animated series, Icon, Rocket and Static Shock were part of the large cast of characters.
