David Adjaye
This Tanzanian architect is the son of a Ghanaian diplomat and spent his childhood traveling the globe before settling in Britain at the age of 9. He is a multi-award winner who is known for his work on Princes Town resort in Ghana, the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C., and the Mass Extinction Memorial Observatory in the Isle of Portland, England.
