Ejeta is an Ethiopian-American plant breeder and geneticist who won the 2009 World Food Prize. He became famous for his sorghum production methods. He made the plant tolerant to drought, which makes it possible to eat and produce the plant year round.
Asfaw is an Ethiopian paleontologist. He is responsible for finding the remains of Homo sapiens idaltu in 1997 that is said to be an elder of our species, Homo sapiens sapiens.
