Sameera Moussa
Moussa was an Egyptian nuclear scientist and professor at the University of Cairo. Her lasting legacy includes making atomic radiation cheap and affordable and creating the Atomic Energy Peace Conference in the 1940s and early ’50s.
Debas is an Eritrean scientist who studies gastrointestinal biology. He has achieved national recognition as a gastrointestinal investigator and made original contributions to the physiology, biochemistry and pathophysiology of gastrointestinal peptide hormones.
