Internal Issues
While all of the external issues are noticeable and harmful, the internal and business side of things are even worse. CEO Andy Chen left the company in mid-April and was replaced by former Aspiro CEO Peter Tonstad on an interim basis. The company’s stock began high and plummeted quickly. The business side doesn’t seem very stable at this time. And on top of that, many consumers have complained about the product’s sound quality not being worth the price.
